The Choice To Allow The Eternal Embrace

You have in this moment the opportunity to realign yourself with the Source of Love- the Truth within you guiding your life. All that is required is the simple resisting of going into rote patterns of wasted doing, distraughtful thinking and the monotonous emotions of despair and fear... Rather, stop everything... allow your breath to take over and breathe you, breathe you right back into this moment of the universal Flow of Life... and breath by breath, moment by moment allow new Life, new Love to unfold here once again... and again... and again... Like the waves of the ocean, drawing pulling leaping and rolling- Allow the same gravity of this flow to breath you anew...

You are eternal Whole and complete.

This knowing lives within you and lays just below the doing mind...
