The Source of Love is always within. This Source is perfect unchanging Love. In the Allowing of the experience of Eternal Source; we realize balance between our experience in the world and Eternal Being. Moving through the emotional and mental defenses remembering we are always One within Source. Resting in Perfect Love is the Awakening process.

This Process, providing multiple resources, is the heart of the work. We work with internal breath, sound and movement as the Eternal Intelligence attunes our entire  MInd/Body system. In the attuning, the many subtle fields become congruent and coherent. This is an effortless process grounded in non-doing/ Being/ Allowing.      

An aspect of the work focuses on the ever nourishing embryonic field as an essential biological reference point. The embryonic field supports our nervous system and provides the cognitive mind a logical recognizable foundation through which to drop deeper and deeper into Eternal timeless embrace.

Breath by Breath, the heart is opened; Breath by Breath, the defensive mind dissolves... Breath by Breath, we are re-membered; Breath by Breath, we recognize we are Eternal Love.

 

This workshop is bookended with an optional group gathering, witnessing, check-in and check-out at Charles Lawrence's home in NYC. Thursday and Monday evenings (5th and 9th) from 6-9pm
