Eternal Embrace

April 6-8, NYC New York

This is a 2 1/2 day workshop: Friday night from 6-9pm and Saturday and Sunday 10-5.

The focus is transformation through the biological breath-movement process that leads into the Eternal Source, rest point.

We will focus deeply on breath, internal movement and the Experience of the Eternal.

Charles Lawrence is extending an invitation for our communal gathering on Thursday and Monday night April 5 and 9 from 6-9pm. These optional gatherings are to connect on the verbal and personal level, to refine and deepen our workshop experience.

These bookend (open and closing session) are optional and very nice!
